No, really... honestly, this is a problem. I can't stop visiting facebook. Apparently one or two (million) others are sharing my concern, evidenced most notably in a story focusing on people giving up facebook for lent, or at least trying to.

What is it about these forums? I'm getting more emails/messages/pokes from people via the site itself... from people who actually have my email address already! Don't get me wrong, I love the attention and relish the opportunity to stray from work, but it does get excessive.
It's a guilty pleasure to be true, but hopefully a harmless one. I'm trying flickr next, on the advice of my cousin!
